I doubt Tim is flattered by the term fanatic, although he is a dedicated advocate of the Crampton's Battlefield. I think he's right in his view, btw. I'd guess he might be characterized as a fanatic (or worse) by those who wish he'd go away! I, for one, hope he does not.
